Being a woman in the equine industry often means juggling a hundred things at once – horses, home life, side hustles, and self-doubt – all while trying to remember when you last ate something that wasn’t just coffee.
The message was clear: stress is real, and we need to talk about it. Whether it’s setting boundaries, carving out breathing space, or just giving yourself permission to not have it all together, prioritising mental health isn’t optional – it’s essential. 🧠💪
