Dena is a highly respected figure in the racing and gaming industry, with extensive experience in coaching and mentoring senior executives, board members, and individuals navigating career transitions. She has played a pivotal role in shaping opportunities for women in the sport, having devised and developed the original Women in Racing mentoring programme and, more recently, the Racing Home Programme.

With a background as a former Managing Director at Credit Suisse, Dena combines business expertise with deep industry knowledge. Before establishing her executive coaching practice, she ran a successful breeding and bloodstock business, further solidifying her standing within the equine world. Her expertise spans across governance and leadership, having served on the boards of the Scottish Racing Academy, ROA, and Thoroughbred Owner and Breeder.
