About Zoe Smalley

Zoe’s journey is a testament to resilience, dedication, and passion for the equine world. She successfully pursued a degree in Agriculture from South East Technological University while working full-time in the demanding field of horse racing. Her career has seen her play a vital role in the success of some of the sport’s most celebrated racehorses, including Honeysuckle, A Plus Tard, Minella Indo, Minella Times, Put The Kettle On, Bobolinger, Envoi Allen, and Captain Guiness.

Now, having recently welcomed her first child, Zoe continues to be a driving force in the industry. Working closely with influential women such as Rachael Blackmore, Heather de Bromhead she has gained unique insights into leadership, balance, and perseverance in the equestrian world.
