The second day of the summit coincides with Suicide Prevention Day, highlighting our commitment to raising awareness and providing support for mental health within the equestrian community.
The EMHS will feature a wide array of expert-led workshops, keynote speeches, and interactive panel discussions designed to address the most pressing mental health issues facing the equestrian community today.
Each session is crafted to provide attendees with practical strategies, deep insights, and the tools needed to improve mental well-being both personally and professionally.

Day 1, 09th September: Mental Health Education & Tangible Actions
Day 1 is focused on education and equipping ourselves with the skills needed to be able to make a difference when it comes to the mental health of ourselves, as well as those around us. It features Keynote Speakers and Panel Discussions covering topics such as: Living with Mental Illness, Loneliness and Isolation, The Aftermath, Neuro Divergence, Youth and Mental Health and Mental Health in the Workplace. Your Day 1 ticket will also include entry to the Evening Open Mic Session which is where everyday equestrians take the stage to open up.
Day 2, 10th September: Suicide Prevention Day
Suicide prevention has been the catalyst for this entire event. Expert-led, you will see presentations and discussions covering topics such as: Understanding Suicide, Breaking Myths, Depression, Anxiety, Knowing the Signs, Building Your Suicide Survival Toolkit and a panel on Behavioral Activation.
By attending the EMHS, you will gain a deeper understanding of mental health, practical tools to support yourself and others, and a sense of belonging in a community dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health. This is more than just an event; it's a movement towards a more compassionate and informed equestrian industry.
